Ingredients
12 oz. whipped topping
1 small package of cheesecake pudding (just the powder, don't add milk)
3 (6 oz.) strawberry yogurts
1 lb. fresh strawberries, sliced
3 bananas, sliced
Miniature marshmallows
Directions
Add thawed whipped topping, yogurts, and pudding powder. Add fruit and marshmallows right before serving. Keep refrigerated.
Variation
Use raspberries and raspberry yogurt instead of strawberry.

Wheat Waffles
Ingredients
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 Tbs. Baking powder
1/2 tsp. Salt
2 tsp. Sugar
2 eggs (separated)
1 1/4 cups milk
1/4 cup oil
Directions
Sift dry ingredients together (3 times). Add milk and egg yolks. Beat with electric mixer. Add oil (batter is thin).
EGG WHITES - beat two minutes. Fold in eggs whites.

Corn Chowder
Ingredients
1/4 cup butter
2 1/4 cups water
4 cups diced potatoes
2/3 cup celery
3 sliced green onions
Roux ingredients
6 TBS butter
6 TBS flour
2 1/2 cups milk
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
16 oz. corn (frozen or canned)
2 cups diced ham
2 cups grated cheese
Instructions
1. Boil butter, water, potatoes, celery and green onions.
2. Make a roux (butter, flour, milk, salt & pepper
3. Add roux to boiled vegetables
4. Add corn, ham, and grated cheese
