White Chicken Chili

Ingredients: 1 Tbs oil 1 lb chicken in cubes 1 onion 14 oz chicken broth 2 cans great northern beans (drained and rinsed) 2 cans green chiles (4.5 oz can) 1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. cumin 1/2 tsp. oregano 8 oz. sour cream 1 cup whipping cream 2 cups monterey jack cheese cilantro Directions: heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and onions. sauté for 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Set aside. Combine broth, beans, undrained, chilies, and seasonings in large pot. Bring to boil over medium high heat. Add chicken mixture. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Add sour cream and whipping cream and stir well. Top each serving with shredded cheese and garnish with cilantro if desired.
